Our goal is to ensure that you're completely satisfied with your purchase. Because each T-shirt is custom-printed just for you, we generally cannot accept returns due to change of mind. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to us, and we’ll make it right!

Returns and Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products, we only accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective
  • There is a printing error or incorrect item received

If you experience any of these issues, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [your contact email] with your order number, a description of the issue, and, if possible, a photo of the item.
  2. Review and Approval: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions.
  3. Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll issue a replacement or refund within 5-7 business days.

Refunds
If approved for a refund, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to appear in your account.

Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet entered the production stage. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes or cancel an order.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Orders returned for reasons other than damage or defect
  • Orders where no issue has been reported within 14 days of delivery
  • Returns without prior approval from our team
